Terhune Orchards’ Read and Explore Program

Terhune Orchards’ Read and Explore Program is a winter education series designed to engage young learners through stories, hands-on activities, and seasonal farm learning. The program follows the popular Read and Pick Program. This session focuses on Composting, introducing children to the idea of turning everyday “garbage” into healthy, life-giving soil. Each child will make their own compost container to take home.
