ArtsPay NJ 2025 Results Webinar

When

March 10, 2026
10:00 am - 11:30 am

This webinar will go over the results of the 2025 ArtsPay NJ survey, a compensation study of the nonprofit arts sector in our state. The objective of this study is to help us move toward a more equitable and sustainable future.

Through the project’s research partner, Baker Richards, 2023 and 2025 data has been collected from organizations and arts workers to provide a snapshot of the current compensation levels and demographics of New Jersey’s arts community. The survey took a deep dive into the salaries, health and other employee benefits, job satisfaction, and characteristics and demographics of full-time, part-time, and contracted arts workers.

Join this 90-minute webinar to hear highlights of the survey’s findings and learn how to use the public interactive dashboard to enable workers and employers to compare salary and other information by artistic discipline, job title, budget size, and geographic area.

ArtsPay NJ is a project of New Jersey’s Arts Service Organizations (ArtPride New Jersey, New Jersey Theatre Alliance, Arts Ed NJ, Dance New Jersey, New Jersey Association of Museums, and South Jersey Cultural Alliance), and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
