As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, join local historian Jim Segrave-Daly for a lively discussion about the pivotal role that New Jersey played.  With more than 90 military engagements in the state during the Revolution, actions taken by Loyalists & Patriots contributed greatly to America’s ultimate victory.  Strategically located between British-controlled New York & the Continental capital of Philadelphia, Mercer County was at the epicenter of the Revolution, critical to controlling the Delaware River & supplying both armies.

The program takes place on Wednesday, May 27 at 6:30 pm at the Robbinsville Branch Library.
