Ready to Bid? Contractor Event – Trenton Redevelopment Project

The Trenton Housing Authority, in partnership with People Restoring Communities, PRC Build LLC, ETC, Renaissance, and the City of Trenton, is hosting a free Contractor Bid Expo focused on Section 3 and Prevailing Wage projects. We invite all contractors, subcontractors, and construction-related businesses interested in upcoming construction opportunities to attend, with a special emphasis on increasing participation by Section 3 businesses, Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), and local small businesses throughout Trenton and Mercer County.

Attendees will have the opportunity to: 

• Meet prime contractors and review Bid Packages Live 

• Learn how to get on approved bidder lists 

• Receive Section 3, MWBE and Public Works certification assistance 

• Learn about upcoming Phase I construction projects and bid opportunities in trades such as concrete, masonry, framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, sitework, flooring, painting, landscaping, and more.  

The first round of bid packages is expected to be released by July 31, 2026, with bids due August 31, 2026.
